  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Time Limit: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive the refund within 2-4 weeks, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  6. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund amount, excluding the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping.
  7. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  8. Exceptions: Certain items may be non-refundable or subject to additional conditions, which will be clearly stated on the product page or in the product description.
