Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on dynaroot.asia ("Dynaroot Asia"), operated by BIOSPHERE SOLUTIONS JV CO., LTD. (Thai Company Registration No. 0315567002570). It is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy.


1. Coverage Areas

1.1 Retail Shipping (B2C)

Dynaroot Asia currently provides retail shipping within the Kingdom of Thailand only, covering all 77 provinces (including Bangkok metropolitan area, regional cities, and rural districts).

We do not currently offer direct retail shipping outside Thailand. Dynaroot products are presently registered and licensed for sale and distribution under Thai regulatory authorities only. Cross-border retail orders cannot be accepted at this time.

1.2 Cross-Border B2B Shipments

Cross-border shipments to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and other Southeast Asian markets are available exclusively to Authorized Wholesale Partners of BioSphere Solutions JV Co., Ltd., subject to the conditions set out in Section 10 of this policy. Such partners must hold all licenses, registrations, and import permits required by their local authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order that does not comply with these requirements.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard retail orders (Thailand): Processed within 1–3 business days from receipt of cleared payment.
  • Wholesale / B2B orders: Processed within 3–7 business days, depending on order volume, stock availability, and verification of partner licensing.
  • Custom or bulk orders: Lead time will be confirmed in your order confirmation or supply agreement.

Orders placed on weekends or Thai public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (cultivation season, year-end, major holidays), processing time may be extended; we will notify you in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Times — Retail (Thailand)

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to carrier performance and force majeure events.

Delivery times for cross-border B2B shipments are confirmed individually per shipment based on destination, Incoterms, and freight method.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic Thailand (retail): Kerry Express, Flash Express, J&T Express, Thailand Post, and dedicated logistics partners for bulk freight.
  • Cross-border B2B: DHL, FedEx, regional freight forwarders, and bonded logistics partners — selected per shipment based on Incoterms and partner agreement.

Tracking numbers will be provided by email upon dispatch.

5. Shipping Costs

Retail shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and selected service level.

For wholesale and B2B cross-border shipments, freight is quoted separately on a per-shipment basis according to the consolidated cargo and the agreed Incoterms.

Promotional free shipping, where offered, applies only to specified destinations and order thresholds and is subject to the conditions stated in the relevant promotion.

6. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (Domestic Thailand)

For retail orders shipped within Thailand, all applicable Thai VAT and taxes are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise. There are no customs duties for domestic shipments.

For cross-border B2B shipments, please refer to Section 10.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Product Licensing

Dynaroot Asia products are registered with the relevant Thai agricultural authorities and are licensed for distribution and sale within the Kingdom of Thailand. By placing a retail order, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing the product for use within Thailand;
  • You will use the product in accordance with its intended agricultural application and label instructions.

Dynaroot Asia does not authorize the re-export, parallel import, or onward sale of its products to any jurisdiction where the product is not registered. Any such activity is the sole responsibility of the party engaging in it, who indemnifies BioSphere Solutions JV Co., Ltd. against any resulting liability.

8. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including contact phone number. Dynaroot Asia is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;
  • Failed delivery attempts (no recipient available);
  • Refusal to accept delivery;

the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer requests a refund in such cases, the original shipping cost and any return-leg shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged on arrival: Report to Dynaroot Asia within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and contents. We will replace, refund, or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's investigation procedures and may take 2–6 weeks.

10. Cross-Border B2B Shipments — Authorized Wholesale Partners

Cross-border shipments to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and other Southeast Asian markets are available only to Authorized Wholesale Partners who have signed a Distribution or Supply Agreement with BioSphere Solutions JV Co., Ltd.

10.1 Partner Eligibility & License Requirements

Each Authorized Wholesale Partner is solely responsible for:

  • Holding all import licenses, fertilizer registrations, agricultural permits, and business licenses required by the destination country;
  • Acting as the importer of record for the shipment;
  • Compliance with all local regulations governing the import, distribution, sale, labeling, and use of agricultural inputs in the destination country;
  • Payment of all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, excise duties, registration fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

Prior to dispatch, partners must provide copies of relevant import licenses or registrations upon request. BioSphere Solutions reserves the right to refuse or suspend shipments where such documentation is not provided or where compliance cannot be verified.

10.2 Incoterms & Title Transfer

Cross-border B2B shipments are conducted under Incoterms specified in the relevant Distribution or Supply Agreement (typically FOB Bangkok, CIF, or DAP). Risk and title transfer to the Partner at the point specified by the chosen Incoterms.

10.3 Indemnification

By accepting cross-border shipment from BioSphere Solutions, the Authorized Wholesale Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BioSphere Solutions JV Co., Ltd., its directors, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, fines, penalties, regulatory actions, customs seizures, or third-party claims arising in the destination country, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to register, license, or label the product in compliance with local regulations;
  • Resale, distribution, or onward export beyond the agreed territory;
  • Any consumer or end-user claims arising from product use in the destination country.

10.4 Brand & Anti-Counterfeit Compliance

Partners must distribute Dynaroot products in their original, unaltered packaging with all anti-counterfeit measures (QR verification, tamper-proof seals) intact. Repackaging, relabeling, or removal of anti-counterfeit features is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the partnership.

11. Force Majeure

Dynaroot Asia is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, customs strikes, carrier disruptions, regulatory changes, and acts of governmental authorities.

12. Updates to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on dynaroot.asia. As Dynaroot Asia obtains additional product registrations and licenses in other Southeast Asian markets, this policy will be updated to reflect expanded retail shipping coverage.
