Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on dynaroot.asia ("Dynaroot Asia"), operated by BIOSPHERE SOLUTIONS JV CO., LTD. (Thai Company Registration No. 0315567002570). It is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and supplements the consumer protections afforded by the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and any subsequent amendments.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, labels, and any tamper-proof seals intact.
For safety, regulatory, and contamination-control reasons, opened or partially used nutrient bottles, fertilizers, or any liquid product cannot be returned or refunded, except where the product is defective on arrival.
2. Time Limit
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Terms of Service.
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation number issued by Dynaroot Asia. Refund requests without proof of purchase will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
This rule does not apply where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defective on arrival, or order does not match invoice). In such cases, Dynaroot Asia will cover the return shipping cost or arrange pickup at our expense.
For cross-border returns (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, or other markets), customers must contact us before shipping the item back to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused at customs or rejected upon receipt.
5. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will receive the refund within 2–4 weeks, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies. For cross-border refunds, processing may take longer due to international banking timelines.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund amount, excluding the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping.
Where the original payment was made in a currency other than Thai Baht (THB), the refund will be issued in the original transaction currency. Any foreign exchange differences arising between the date of purchase and the date of refund are not the responsibility of Dynaroot Asia.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Wholesale & B2B Orders
Orders placed under our Authorized Wholesale Partner program or any bulk B2B agreement are governed by the specific terms of the underlying supply or distribution agreement, which take precedence over this general Refund Policy. Custom orders, made-to-order inventory, and pre-paid bulk shipments are generally non-refundable unless the products are defective.
9. Exceptions
Certain items may be non-refundable or subject to additional conditions, including but not limited to:
- Opened or partially used liquid nutrients, fertilizers, or supplements;
- Products with broken tamper-proof seals;
- Custom orders, made-to-order, or special-import items;
- Promotional, sample, or free-of-charge items;
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" on the product page.
Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or in the product description prior to purchase.
10. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The item is not received in the same condition as it was sent;
- The refund request does not meet the requirements set out in this policy;
- There is evidence of misuse, tampering, or use beyond ordinary inspection;
- The request is submitted outside the 14-day window without justified cause.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) of Thailand or any other applicable consumer protection law in the jurisdiction where you reside.
